    I am very disappointed with Infurn. On February 2nd I bought a bunch of furniture for my house. From that day I paid 100% of the order, even though it was not available/been dispatched. 1 month after I received the cheapest 4 pieces (out of 10) and I started asking for more details on when I would get the rest. As the maximum delivery is 10-18 weeks they always said that it would come in that time. Now I got an information saying that it has been delayed - without further notice of new delivery date.     we order 6 chairs in dec 2012. after multiple calls and emails we received 3 of them (very badly packaged) in august 2013. we are still waiting for the last 3, but nobody is making calls back or replaying to emails.     Our Credit Card was charged immediately, but Infurn will neither supply nor refund the goods. We ordered an item in early 2013, but it never arrived. Concerned, I logged into their website. The delivery time had been changed to November 2013, without us being notified! In November 2013 the delivery time was extended again, to February 2014, again without notice.     It is now a year that I ordered furnitures for an amount of roughly 1000%u20AC. As for the others, I have not received anything and they argued that furnitures was not as quality standards, etc. After several months, I asked for refund and then they started to completely ignore me. I went to the European Consumer Centre to get their support, but again the company ignored them. We are now at the court level to have a legal judgment in order to get refunded. More...

    I have nothing new to add regarding my experience. It has all been said before. What I do want to say is that 'customers' of this company must TAKE ACTION. When your 30 day refund fails to materialise write to them giving them 7 days to meet their legal obligations then do all of the following: 1) Report their fraudulent activity to the police via It take about 15 minutes to complete their online forms and you get a CRIME reference number.
